The staff were v helpful and accomodating with our baby and all the facilities there for him were wonderful and always clean.

I liked the view &location of the property .

The service and the amanities in the room . Rooms amenities are not clean . Specially the bed sheet . I came here to remember my childhood memories but I was very unhappy about their service .

It’s a very kids-friendly hotel with safe pools and clean beach.

We checked in during the busy hours and waited for quite a while before our turn. We were warmly served by Shawn Tan (Asst Front Office Manager) and chatted a bit with him. It was very nice of him to offer us a complimentary buffet dinner upon knowing that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We were also offered a box of chocolate and cake. The next day, although the queue for breakfast at Silver Shell Cafe was long, again due to the peak hour, we managed to find our way to the Business Lounge for a quite breakfast with ample seats. We were glad Shangri-La offers this option for guests without children. Overall we had a very memorable anniversary celebration.

All good. I have no other comments. I think the staff took really good care of us throughout stay there over the weekend. That’s all I have for now.

Private beach and facilities

Check-in and Check-out processes are very slow. No detailed explanation by the staff about the expenses that I had to pay extra for some things that I thought would be included as a voucher from the hotel. It turned out that you pay for the voucher.

這次入住的房間保險櫃在入住的時候就已經鎖住了，怎樣都打不開，以至於我們要帶著貴重物品去游泳，這樣非常不好。希望保潔人員能在每次客人退房後都能檢查一遍並確保下一位住客能入場使如常使用，這非常重要。

There were many things to do near the hotel & some staff were very helpful. There was a decent breakfast offering (but arrive before 9am).

The 'adult only' section was simply a rope across the pool separating the sides so it was very loud & splashy. The activities were broadcast on loudspeaker so there wasn't really anywhere to relax. Getting a taxi was very difficult. I have stayed in Shangri La's before & always had exceptional service, however here felt tired & somewhere like we were an inconvenience, maybe as it was the holiday season. I have never really had issues with a hotel before but this was way overpriced compared to the normal 5* Shangri La experience & I would not recommend staying here.

spacious room and great place for family staycation. Can order breakfast using QR code and it was promptly delivered to table.

Wish more shuttle schedule available from MRT to hotel and more staff at pool side area. Time slots were reserved for pool and beach but pool side chairs were not cleared so it's difficult to check empty seats.

Breakfast was good with a good choice of foods, buffet dinners were very expensive especially for children who eat next to nothing.

Children choose daughter 6 years old not much of a choice unless they eat the same foods as the adults.

Shangrila Rasa has always been my favourite hotel as it offers various activities for the family. I like the welcome drinks and ice cream! :) Nice view of the sea, sun and sky!

I prefer having bidet :)

Amazing view A lot of things to do inside the island itself. Very helpful staff! And I would like to thank in particular Micah, who was so helpful during my stay, not only when I needed something inside, even for her recommendations to places to visits outside.

The cost for laundry is really expensive.

we love the beach activities and the pool! the staff were warm, attentive and friendly. breakfast spread was good too. Our room were big for a family of five and comfortable. We love the kids amenities in the bathroom, nice touch!

wish there were more food/restaurant options. a little shop selling snacks/drinks would be great too.

In general everything was excellent. Unfortunately it’s a shame that the front desk staff couldn’t pass a message to the American couple who were staying in the room opposite ours (Room 1011). Besides that, the birds there were quite aggressive at breakfast time. They (almost over 10-20 birds at one time) tried to fly near the guests and land on the tables to get the food.

The property is perfect for a weekend gateway with kid(s). They have playground, water park and various activities to keep the little one engaged. My 3 years daughter want to visit again soon. She also enjoyed the private beach. And I personally liked the comfort of the room and breakfast buffet. The spread is amazing, they have asian, indian, English and western food.

It will be good if they serve some nice coffee throughout the day like Nespresso. The in room Nescafe was very boring.

I recommend the morning buffet breakfast, there’s a very wide variety and the staff are very welcoming. Great view with large full room window. Birthday treat(Birthday cake)are yummy.

Shuttle bus service ends so early in the day and the size of shuttle bus are small.
