Lovely hotel, friendly staff, room was large, comfortable, clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was available but we decided to have breakfast around the corner, there were lots of options nearby. The location is right in the heart of the town so perfect for seeing the local on foot.
The carpark was extremely hard to find (the sign outside it is very small and hard to see). It is in through a narrow alley around the corner from the hotel front entrance, but with the one-way system you need to drive around the opposite way.
It didn't help that there were roadworks that closed part of the road that the carpark is off of. They gave us a map showing where the carpark was but a photo showing the entrance from the road as you drive towards it would be very helpful for locating it.

Excellent location to all amenities
Friendly staff
Live music in lounge
This would be our fifth time staying here
First time staying at front of building
Hard to sleep very noisy pubs comimg out
But I suppose this is expected
Staying in such a vibrant city
Maybe if earplugs would be supplied this would help!!

Location is perfect. Walkable area and near bus and train station.
Too many smokers hanging out the front door.

The hotel is in a great location and offers secure parking at the rear.
Our room was looking out to the rear of the property and it was quite overrun by pigeons. Facilities were a little tired and no wifi in the rooms.
