The location was perfect for exploring Toulouse and the staff were very helpful with any questions. Our room was overlooking the Place du Capitole, a great view. It could have been noisy but, thankfully it was very quiet.
There are renovations going on at the moment so, we didn’t use the inner courtyard as it was noisy and very dusty. However, normally Im sure it is a great spot to chill.

Location was perfect, the room overlooked the quiet courtyard which was an oasis of calm after the noise of the Place du Capitole. Comfortable room, clean and functional. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Because of renovations, breakfast is served at a very nearby bistro in an upstairs room specifically for Ibis customers. The bar area is not available during the renovations.

Amazing location in the heart of the city. Cannot say more as very disappointed with room issue, staff and renovation works. You could do better Ibis!
No notification of major renovation works going on throughout hotel. Only told of renovation on breakfast room? Did not get the room we paid for and nothing offered instead or as a gesture for that. Misleading photos on this site. Be careful when booking.
