Levni Hotel & SPA - Special Category

Accoglienza, pulizia, camera e SPA di alto livello! Posizione molto comoda per spostamenti a piedi o in tram. Ristorante sul tetto ottimo, con una vista da paura! Raccomando 10/10

Sebbene l’hotel sia lontano dall’incrocio principale e la stazione dei tram, Ankara Cd. rimane una strada abbastanza trafficata di giorno, anche con finestre chiuse un po’ di rumore di fondo rimane. Inoltre l’aria condizionata è centralizzata, senza possibilità di controllo dalla camera..io avevo un po’ freddo e l’ho fatta spegnere. Piccola nota, nella SPA non funzionava la doccia appena fuori dalla sauna

Struttura comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse di Istambul, ottimi servizi e colazione molto Buona e varia

This hotel is in a a great location if you want to access the old town and many of the historical sites by foot. Hagia Sofia, The Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern is approx 10min walk away. There is also a train station across from the hotel making it very easy to use the public transport that can take you across to the new town. Many restaurants surround the area, the Grand Bazaar is only a few streets away. Our room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable, the bathroom and walk in shower was large and well fitted. Fresh fruit was a lovely welcome gift. However the hotel staff made our stay incredible from Julia and Semi at customer relations who gave us great recommendations to Mr Huseyin at breakfast who always greeted us with a wonderful smile and chat.

The space of the room was great. The concierge on arrival was fantastic. She gave us a great rundown of how things worked and highlighted things to do. The location to all the sights was great and to public transport. But difficult for Taxi pickup and dropoffs.

Need to be aware there are 2 hotels next door to each other with the same name. The "New one" is an Accor Hotel. The "old one is not". We ended up in the wrong hotel to start with. Also when booking were thought we were comparing the same hotel (we are Accor Members) but we weren't. Very hard for Taxis to pick you up and drop you off as there is no parking out the front of the hotel. Our room had a spa bath that took 3 hours to fill. When we asked if there was a problem we were told no that's just how it is. The spa in the wellness centre only had 3 jets working and the water temperature was cold.
