Location,cleanliness, staff,wifi,bed everything was great. Breakfast was ok. 3 day stay anymore breakfast would get boring.
I loved the coffee shop next door. Excellent coffee and food.
My only concern there is no real security, anyone can use the lift to get to any floor, there is no card tap machine in the lift for security,to stop public getting into the floors/rooms.
Security was the only thing. Anyone could use the lift.

Bed comfortable. Rooms clean and well designed. Bathroom great with strong showerhead and pressure. Room had AC. Towels always smelt fresh and they always re-stocked the water! Friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast could be improved on in terms of freshness and quality. Having eaten at other Turkish hotel breakfasts, this was the worst. Cheeses not fresh, midges flying over food. Rather ate breakfast outside of the hotel

Staff at the restaurant and hotel was friendly
Cleaning was an issue specially the washrooms had a pungent smell
