acceptable for the price ,shower was hot and parking on site was good, wouldn't pay more then $110 though.
really old facilities in room eg toaster and kettle could be upgraded, bathroom needs a fan as roof was deteriorating

The location was perfect for our trip, which was to attend a rugby league match at Robina. Being lowset also suited due to my husband's poor knees. The room was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. Value for money.
The pillows were a bit too soft but there were plenty of them. The hot water in the shower took a while to come through.

Was good for a short stay, clean and a quiet area
Very expensive for what it was but it was during the Easter weekend so that would be why the prices were higher than normal

The cleanliness was terrible, cobwebs, dead bugs on bed that dropped from aircon- so couldn’t leave it on, hairs on the sheets, stained pillows and linen, noisy fan - couldn’t sleep with it on, paper on the floor, dirty walls and chairs were disgustingly dirty.

The water pressure was terrible & rooms weren’t sound proof.

the owner was very nice and even let us check out late as we wanted the next day at no extra charge which was really nice as we couldn’t check in to other motel that we were staying in next day till 2pm so it was really nice when the owner of the horizon said we could stay as long as we need to the next day at no charge not many motels will do that highly recommend the horizon motel mermaid beach

The management are super helpful and kind. They allowed us an early check in when we desperately needed it.
The room is very budget, don’t expect a beautiful room. We felt quite uncomfortable with our space and wish it was a little more nice. We paid $320 for 1 night (peak season) and felt we overpaid.

Close to Pacific Fair shopping centre and 15 minutes drive to Surfers Paradise beach. The beds are comtable and room was clean.
The water shower had no pressure and the rooms are old and requires renovations.

Tiny room, poor block out curtain so very hard to sleep past 5am. Overpriced for such basic facilities

This is a well situated motel. Even though it is on the main highway there was absolutely no traffic noise. The room was comfortable and very clean throughout. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

Horizons was great! It's a typical motel but clean and in a great location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend it!

Not much actually
While it wasn't the worst place I've stayed.
I sort of expected more for $200 a night.
I will not be staying here again.
If this is the standard for $200 I think I will be sleeping in my car.

the Motel was outdated, had the basic facilities, Bath, Shower,fridge A/c & bed
