the room and bathroom was impeccably clean, very cozy and all the staffs were very friendly and helpful. it’s very close to the old town center, yet very quiet at night. also lots of nice restaurants, cafes & bakeries options :)

The deluxe double room was absolutely worth the surcharge, highly recommended! Spacious room, very clean and the balcony is a really great addon. The staff is super friendly and gives you a lot of information of what to do etc., plus they always try to help you out with any travel plannings.

Bed was a bit too hard for our taste, but that's whining at a high level and a matter of taste.

We originally had booked for 2 nights but found it a great place to stay and extended for an extra night. The rooms (our son stayed in another room) were bright, clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located for all the bars and restaurants. Pai was a great host, friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Location is great! Weekend walking street market just minutes away, many good cafes around the area and central phuket shopping mall about 10mins away by taxi. Airport bus terminal is within walking distance as well. Place is easily accessible on grab even though it is a guesthouse. Family room is spacious, clean and very soundproof. Aircon is powerful. Pai is an exceptional host! He is polite and never fails to make us feel welcome! Just to note, it is a great place if you would like to stay in Phuket town, but it would be a distance from the beaches. Also, there is no lift, but it was manageable even though we stayed on the 3rd floor.

For the price paid, the room was very clean. Wifi is good. Environment is cozy. The guesthouse provide 2 bottles of clean water each day.

I had to climb 3 storeys to reach my room. The lack of lift is the only drawback.

Everything was spotless. The host was very friendly and the accommodation was lovely. The guesthouse is well taken care of, and its decoration was cozy. It is also close to night markets, restaurants and the bus terminal, which made access to the beaches easier and cheaper.
