Free parking, friendly helpful staff, great central location. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Fantastic Sunday lunch
Duvet too heavy for time of year.
Room was up 3 flights of stairs which were a bit tricky when carrying suitcases, as top flight was rather steep.
Not the Rose & Crown's fault of course, but guests should be aware of the constant aircraft noise throughout the night, but that's Knutsford in general.

Breakfast and dinner that we had were absolutely great and very delicious.
The room was fine except it was a little cramped with our dog, who is a Flat Coated Retriever X Golden Retriever. Other than this everything was very good.

Very friendly and superb breakfast
At our time of visit the decking was being changed so we had to walk quite a way with luggage and know where to sit outside , but once done i am sure the new decking will make the experience much better

It’s a beautiful old historic building, full of character, very warm and cosy. Our bed was very comfortable. With very friendly helpful staff. Best Fish & Chips we’ve had in ages with the most amazing homemade tartare sauce.
A lot of stairs and steps from the car park to our room, not easy with suitcase and bags. Unfortunately very poor shower pressure .

Loved the location and the staff was very friendly. Loved the cat too! Felt secure and great to have a front door key for late nights. Private parking was fantastic as we was new to the area. The amenities was very good for a hotel. Hot chocolate especially. Comfy and reasonably quite.
The bathroom: The cold tap was stiff and not secure. Water was coming up from bath drain. I would of liked a hand towel rail to keep towels separate.
The bedroom: A smart TV to use netflix would be exceptional.

Great location, friendly atmosphere in this pub/restaurant/hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast
Room was ok, bed comfortable, minor point but limited plugs for charging, shower was rather pathetic with v limited water.

We needed a night's stop near M6/M5 to break up a long drive. Knutsford is small beautiful old town and was ideal. The Rose and Crown was perfectly located right on the high street where all the restaurants also were located. The pub was a lovely olde worlde one dating back to 1647 with a peaceful atmosphere.
Good sized room with good facilities. Excellent cooked to order breakfast.

Warm and very comfortable bed . Breakfast was so good . Staff particularly breakfast staff were lovely .

Lovely staff, good location, comfortable room. Nice breakfast and staff even made us a bacon sandwich when we were in a rush. Nice view over street outside and good parking around the back.
Some of the pillows were too hard. Television reception was poor with some channels not there and others breaking up. One early morning it was very noisy outside when it sounded like there was a beer delivery.
