My group moved to this hotel after not enjoying the original hotel we booked into. They were able to accommodate us at very short notice (same day) and were very welcoming of us. They went above and beyond to create a vegan breakfast for us, even texting me on WhatsApp to check if the options would be suitable.
The staff are so friendly, especially Neung and Kylie. They always greeted us with a smile and helped us out with any advice or suggestions for places to go, recommendations for local services etc.
The rooms were a bit small for two people sharing but it still felt quite cosy and we didn't spend much time there anyway apart from sleeping, so it's not a problem really.

- breakfast was great (though it’s made for you rather than buffet)
- it was super clean
- the staff were friendly and gave recommendations
- it was easy to get into town (and there was a vegan restaurant 3 mins away)
- the view from the 3rd + 4th floor were great
- the smoking area is cute
- the pool was cold quite cold
- there wasn’t much options for vegans
- there was no storage for clothes

The staff is super nice and we feel welcomed! The room is very cosy.
Good area.
The bathroom was a little bit small and it was hard to regulate the temperature in the shower.
No major issues at all, would recommend this stay!

Great property! Excellent location, very clean, and the staff are the kindest we have met during our stay. Truly made the experience with how wonderful they were. Just a note the single bed room was a wee bit small - fine as we were out all day but just something to note :)
