The staff (front counter, bar, dining, concierge) were all extremely helpful and keen to assist with any matter.
The bed was not as comfortable as we were expecting.

Location was great. Very kind staff
Excessively expensive for what it offers. Literally basic . Room very small, breakfast hall only a few tables ,too small for the size of hotel, nothing but a bar inside the hotel, no healthy food options. Way too expensive. My card was charged for deposit amount which is not returned on departure and now I have to start requesting back with my bank. I paid room with breakfast but was charged breakfast . Absolutely not proper.
