Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

The location gave almost instant access to the premium sights of Sydney. Room was larger than expected and had all the amenities i needed. Pretty sure the HVAC system was inoperative the whole time i was there. Could not adjust the heating above ambient of 22.5° The breakfast was generous, delivered quickly without a fuss. Only one point of note. Ordered a side of sauteed mushroom and received wilted spinach instead.

There was the strip of Black mold along the back of the vanity bowl clearly evident in the mirror. It maybe more of a Booking agency problem then a Pullman problem, but on two occasions, 1st when confirming my booking prior to arrival and upon arrival, staff had difficulty in finding my reservation. The excuse i was given, upon the check-in moment, was that Booking.com had put my name in reverse.

Great location. The room was spacious and quiet The onsite facilities met our expectations. Valet parking was convenient and inexpensive.

The bed was a bit hard. But that is a matter of personal choice. The welcome card in our room was addressed to a Mr Gonzales. My name is not Gonzales. In reality that is a minor issue, but I gently raised it with the staff member when I checked and while he was polite I expected some form of explanation rather than a mere taking the card from me and mumbling a 'I am sorry'. Having said that, it is not something that I will be talking about again.
