Loved the hotel.
The only thing I can fault is that the bed and pillows weren’t the best.

Location is perfect, quiet oasis in city, rooms were very quiet and comfortable, the lobby is very nice with great bar and coffee, and the rooftop deck and pool were amazing!

The location was great for exploring Sydney. We were there for the City2Surf, so it was a quick walk around the corner to the start of the run. Close to the train (Town Hall) and tram. We enjoyed the complementary happy hour drinks for hotel guests.
If someone leaves the room, the lights turn off, even if there is another person is still in the room (e.g. on the toilet).

The location was great. The atrium and roof top bar was stunning
Trying to put us in an accessible room when we have no need for one, which is against my professional ethics.
The most uncomfortable bed we used in five weeks of travel across Australia.
