Staff was lovely - last minute booking due to flight cancelation. Bed is very comfy
Selection of room service options -not a great selection of food and Wine had to be by the bottle. they hardly had options by the glass.

The very convenient location. It is perfect distance from shops, public transports and all the great sightseeing places in the CBD.
There was nothing in particular that I didn't like

Location near great restaurants and shopping. Food was good, we had breakfast included and we enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is well presented
Being asked to pay for wifi at $1,000 a night and the plain presentation of the steak meal I ordered. I also finished my breakfast before my toast was delivered to the table
