Hyatt is a group I have used in the past and didn’t disappoint! Location of this hotel was excellent with easy access to Darling Harbour

It was ok with a handy location central city

No night light in room, no heated towel rail, mirror continually fogged up not heated. No pullout clothesline, only would leave two teabags per day and a few milk.

Close to Darling Harbour. Beautiful appearance very professional and elegant. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Knowing that we are a family of 3 there were no extra bedding for my son on the single so we all had to share a bed. No rubbish bags in the trash cans. Only 2 towels provided. No instructions on how to work the lighting or air conditioning. Issues with payment due to type of booking. Check in is too late in the afternoon. No active fan in bathroom when showering.

Room entry door (528) wouldn’t close without pushing/pulling, came back to room not locked. Bathroom sliding door jamming. Bed very poorly made on first night, much better after that.

Loved the atmosphere at Zephyr rooftop bar, excellent views and drinks were delicious.

The lobby, restaurant and staff

Being put right near the lift. People stood outside my room saying good night to their friends talking really loud constantly. You could also hear the pings from the lift which kept me awake and the noise the ice machine made. Very loud! Tv didn’t work, reported it and they restarted but still didn’t work. Cleaning wasn’t great, stains on table and toilet roll in the drain on the floor in the bathroom.

No able to arrange late checkout even though it was a Tuesday.

My room was burgled by staff, and when I reported it to the manager on duty he literally tried to convince me I never had a bag. 1 month later and I am dealing with identity fraud.

It was clean, house keeping staff were lovely.

the room was tiny. we upgraded to a harbour view but the room was still very small. We paid premium price and got nice but not amazing. Photos online make it seem like rooms are bigger than they are.

Easy check in, many food options, great location in the heart of Sydney

It was a very busy weekend. The buffet breakfast was far too pranked with people queuing up and our coffee orders never arrived

Great buffet breakfast. Very close to Darling Harbour and a short walk to mid city centre. Convenient to other hotels and eateries. Staff very pleasant, our room was upgraded on request and staff lovely and polite.

The king room initially booked as having water views had a view of a roofline which was disappointing. A quick request to reception and they graciously moved us up a few floors which we really appreciated.
