The staff were kind, personal and extremely hospitable! The hotel is spacious, comfortable, clean and BEAUTIFUL! My husband and I stayed with our 10 month old baby and we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, Sofitel! Our little bub was given a Sofitel Kangaroo to top it off. Very grateful!
Nothing - honestly

Good location
Unable to upgrade to room with better view even though requested in advance. When booking online on the pictures the room has water view in reality it doesn’t

Location
Many things but a run in with a staff member when I had it in writing from the hotel and showed him yet he still pushed his case and it was quite embarrassing in front of a colleague.
