Room 002 was small but comfortable. It was situated on the ground floor and easy to access. The decor was very nice and we were happy with the layout.
The A/C was too cold and not easy to adjust, reception had to change the settings. Also the amenities section powerpoint was not working and needs maintenance. The internal phone system didn't appear to work on request and I had to speak with the reception in person.

Loved the location, comfortable bed, great in house cafe/bar.
No fresh air in the room. Windows not able to open.

The staff were beyond lovely and helpful.
Unfortunately that fire alarm went off at 4am in the middle of the night. Which understandably is not indirectly their fault. However none of the shower rooms in the building had fans and the fire alarm went off due to steam from someone’s shower. An issue that 100% could have been avoided had the hotel installed fans in the bathrooms.
Considering the costs of the rooms, I would expect fans to be implemented to fix avoidable issues that cause massive stress for everyone in the building.
