I loved everything starting from the arrival at the service desk , very friendly with info about the stay , room and facilities was terrific .
The room was amazing and well maintained, very clean and a soft lux bed
The dinning area . The breakfast OMG was the best I’ve ever had . I would recommend highly for anyone who either is travelling , local or event , this is the place to be in the greater heart of Sydney city .
Thanking the Management and team for holding great events for Businesses . Great spread of food provided, drinks and service . The conference room was amazing and the stay over night .
N/A as I loved everything about it

The location was amazing, very close to so many landmarks, transport in walking distance down to circular quay and The Rocks. We stayed in a twin room and had the most comfortable beds. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also included and it did not disappoint; the selection of food was amazing.
When we were checking into the hotel the wait time did take quite a while, they seemed to have a lot of people checking in at the same time as when we did.

Location was great
Just general service was not great this stay. Bags not bought up to our room, they said they would have a birthday welcome pack in my room and didn’t do one. I couldn’t get access to the club lounge and no one rang to let me know when it was open again
