Restaurant area very nice atmosphere , nice views , also outside overlooking th road and the water, food was excellent.
Very nice place with character. I had a noisy room near the back buzzer and staff were very quick to move me to a more appropriate room, so all was good.

Lovely hotel, seemed to have everything needed for my one night stay. Staff very helpful and breakfast was lovely. Lovely location for the Whiterock Theatre. Would definitely stay there again.
Could do with painting in the hotel overall as looking abit tired. Also one lift miniature and other one very very slow, also appreciate they are both very old I presume.

On the ocean but could only see the water when standing at the window.
The restaurant and bar service was extremely slow.
The lift was old and small.
