Excellent location, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived after hours, and I really appreciated the detailed instructions they provided for accessing the structure. Everything was perfect.
Everything was very good.

Big rooms
USB wall plug would be nice other than that everything was great

The service was impeccable, and the staff were extremely attentive and genuinely hospitable throughout our visit.
The room itself was spacious, well-lit, and featured modern furniture, with plenty of closet space. Perfectly located within short walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés all nearby.
The only downside was that the bathroom seemed very worn out but the staff mentioned that renovations are planned soon.

Location was good
Showers had no power, water literally dribbled out and was told it was because we were in the last room, staff were ignorant with their approach towards our complaint, the lift was like something out of faulty towers, never a 4 star rating
