Brilliant location. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms

Julius was very helpful with everything we needed to know about Rome. The shower was amazing - plenty of room and full drench shower head. The bed was comfy and it was really quiet at night. Absolutely perfect for our stay and would definitely recommend and return again.

the amount of waste from disposable cups, stirrers, packaging. these could be replaced with cups and spoons etc? also towels could be replaced only where indicated ( ie left on floor). other than that it was all great.

Showers had no power, water literally dribbled out and was told it was because we were in the last room, staff were ignorant with their approach towards our complaint,the lift was like something out of faulty towers,never a 4 star rating

the rooms showed on the website and the rooms that are given to us are completely different . The actual room is very small. Hardly there is any space to move around and it should be presented as such on the website so people are aware of what they are booking . I was very disappointed . Moreover the host didn t allow me to cancel

toilet flush took a long time to fill with water. Room and bed sheets were not clean. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise, it was hard to sleep

The location was perfect. All the important sights were within walking distance. For example, when leaving the guest house, you could look directly at the Victor Emanuel Monument. Our room faced the backyard. We didn't notice anything from the busy street and slept great. There was also a supermarket right across the street if you wanted to buy some snacks in between. Rooms were cleaned every day. The staff was totally accommodating, nice and helpful from the first moment. We felt very comfortable.

Our bathroom sink was clogged and while they promised to fix it, they never got to it.

Julius was WONDERFUL! Let us check in early, gave us great info for excellent restaurants. Breakfast was terrific. Everything was within a 20 min walk, except Vatican City.

The pictures did not match the room at all. So we were underwhelmed. Coffee maker sounded like a Jack-hammer on a light metal table. The vibration resulted in 2 cups of coffee falling off the table and on to the floor, huge mess. Front desk were supposed to be available 8am to 8pm, but 2 of the 4 days, door was locked and we couldn’t get pods for coffee machine. Shower ‘basket’ was useless and the small bars of soap fell through. All in all, the space was not very well thought out.

the apartment was on levels 3 and 4 and the lift was very old fashioned

Earlier in our trip we were staying closer to Piazza Navona on the other side of the city and we felt that for our last two days prior to flying out we would try a different location. Location of accomodation was good, with easy access to local bars restaurants and places of interest. Room was clean and well appointed.

We were on the fourth floor. The lift was ‘tiny’ and difficult to access with suitcases both on arrival and leaving. Without luggage the lift was fine, and the general staircase was wide and easy to climb if as we did you felt like taking the stairs after dinner.

our room was great! it was spacious and the location was great as we could walk to almost everything. front desk person was so helpful!

the bad part about the location was the busy road, sirens going by all night long we very noisy.

Staff were really helpful and faultless

It isn’t described well- as mentioned in other reviews it is actually a guesthouse and up alot of stairs. However it was very quirky and we loved it❤️
