Staff friendly. Food excellent. Offered and willingness to change to ground floor room when struggling a bit with the stairs.
Room lock not easy to operate.

The host was fantastic & the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were just so, so nice & made us feel so welcome! The breakfast on reviews said exceptional & were absolutely right. Best breakfast I've had in a hotel that was home cooked. Sooooo happy, stay in Blackpool often and will be back very soon ! Fabulous host !

Very clean hotel, rooms were all a good size
& the beds were very comfortable.
All the staff were very helpful & friendly, & we all enjoyed a good breakfast 😋
Was great that the property had a stair lift for our mum to use during our stay.
Great there was a car park too, only charged £5 a night.
Nothing really
