Very clean, fancy design, and in an excellent location! The amenities were super complete, and the service was very thoughtful.

Great location and super clean
Very Inconvenient system for luggage storage! Chatbot was totally useless to get help. It has to be elevated for assistance and then still went nowhere. Room definitely needs nite shade! Especially for 24 hour days in the winter and the all nite street lamps right outside the room.

This hotel was simply outstanding in every way. Great location. Great lodging. The hotel is self check in and check out and staff is quick to respond if you need anything. The hotel wine bar was lovely and guests receive a 30% discount.
O have zero criticisms.

Our third time in this hotel. We love the location, the style, super coffee. It is super clean as well.
Will not select penthouse any more. It was kind of cramped even for a short person like me. And bathroom was a disaster this time. Water was everywhere even if you tried to be super careful while taking shower.

"Ottimo Hotel, camera con cucinotto.
Nel centro della città e vicinissimo ad un punto di osservazione dell'aurora boreale."
