Die ( sehr zentrale ) Lage war für unsere Zwecke super! Im nettesten Teil von Reykjavik, umgeben von schönen alten Holzhäusern, einen fantastischen Bäcker um die Ecke ( 😋 Cinnamon Rolls!!!!!) und ganz nah zu vielem Schönen in der City!
Wg des Berufsverkehrs ab frühem Morgen war es bei offenem Fenster ( Frischluft zum Schlafen) ordentlich laut

Amazing location, great check in instructions, all amenities needed for our short 1 night stay. We were a group of 5 and it was spacious for all of us to move around.
Stairs only on the top floor and we have large suitcases and bags to carry to the accomodation.

Great location. Very convenient having a kitchen in our accommodation, as dining out costs in Iceland are at the higher end. So we saved a bit of money by buying some groceries. There were two supermarkets close by. One was 2mins walk away and the other was around 3mins.
The location was great. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. There is bus stop 11 that is very close by, which is a pick up and drop off point for airport bus transfers and your buses.
There is a washing machine and dryer to use on the premises, free of charge. Including the use of washing powder.

Excellent location, very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Lots of Reykjavik places of interest walking distance from the apartment.
The cooking utensils could have been a little better stocked but we managed fine cooking fot a family of 4 on the whole.
No parking as such for the apartment but free parking available a few minutes walk away.

La comodidad de estar cerca de todo, aunque no puedas aparcar en la puerta gratuitamente, puedes hacerlo en un pequeño aparcamiento de Hallgrímskirkja.
El estudio es calentito y las camas de la habitación son cómodas.
La comunicación también fue buena.
El colchón del sofá cama está para cambiarlo, ya que está hundido en el medio.
Como los demás comentarios falta mucho menaje en la cocina, es muy muy escaso para 3 personas.
Además, la razón de coger un apartamento o estudio en vez de una habitación de hotel es poder usar toda la estancia, pero abrimos el sofá cama el primer día y no lo pudimos cerrar en toda la semana porque, según nos dijeron, estaba roto. Con lo cual, nos quedamos sin salón...
Creo que si ya lo sabían deberían de haberlo arreglado, porque desde luego, si que había una forma de cerrarlo, ya que el último día vino la mujer de la limpieza y ella si que cerró el sofá. En ese aspecto, nos sentimos descontentos.
Creo que se cobra suficiente como para ir arreglando estas cosas que ya vienen manifestando otros viajeros.

le confort de l'appartement
si au niveau confort il n'y a aucun problème, il serait bon de revoir certaines choses. aucune étagère pour poser ses vêtements. au niveau vaisselle il faut revoir la quantité car si on est 4 personnes, il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle et couverts. il n'y a que 4 assiettes, bols, 3 petites cuillères, etc. quelle est l'utilité d'avoir un lave vaisselle au moins 8 couverts si ce n'est d'avoir au moins de la vaisselle pour 2 repas? la poêle est inutilisable tellement elle est abimée et donc a remplacer. peut être est ce du au fait qu'il n'y a pas de cuillère en bois pour éviter de l'abimer... une passoire serait aussi la bienvenue...

Quizás que teníamos un apartamento en planta calle, y la cristalera exterior de toda la pared de la cocina daba a un patio interior con todos los cubos de reciclaje y visible el interior totalmente desde el exterior.

Really enjoyed the location. It is arguably the perfect spot. It’s close to almost everything in downtown and the area is extremely walkable. It’s only a few blocks from a great coastal view. Having breakfast while just a couple of blocks away was amazing.
The neighbors could get noisy and the front/main door was easily and accidentally shut very loudly. Overall most were quiet but that front door got me a few times. I felt really bad and made sure to be careful about how we left.

Clean apartment with spacious living room.
Convenient to a main street with many restaurants and bars.
Well stocked small supermarkets nearby.
Close to bus stops.
The beds were very comfortable but it was difficult to sleep as it was very warm and traffic noise through open windows.
If self catering, very small kitchen for up to 6 people. Lack of cooking utensils, knives and mugs.
We eventually located the microwave very high up above the fridge freezer, difficult to access and in a dangerous position.
We didn't meet any staff.

Excellent location and very easy to find, literally 5mins from really good restaurants and bus stops for tours.
There was nothing to not like, apartment was very clean and spacious, even the kids enjoyed staying there.

Poorly equipped in comparison to every global self catering apartment we have ever been to. No colander to drain pasta! Very limited self catering cooking facilities.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well planned out. There were enough plates, cups and cutlery for basic eating and drinking. Since it was sunny and relatively warm when we got there it was nice that the windows were a little bit open so the air was fresh and not super hot in the apartment, which was on the top floor.
It would have been helpful if there had been at least a dustpan and brush in the apartment for quick clean up of scrubs etc.

Spacios studio apartment, clean and tidy. Perfect location. Easy communication with staff when needed. Possible to store luggage. A great choice for your stay!
It would be very nice if you put some chairs and a table outside on the terrass and a screen or some plants to screen off from the big garbage bins. Maybe also some more kitchen utensils.

Everything except a lot of street noise (we were in a. Street level apartment), which didn’t end until after 12pm and started 6am (from passing vehicles, including trucks (trash collection, etc.). Otherwise the apartment met our needs very well.

Clean and reasonable size for a family of four, good location.
Felt cheated by the fact that the fourth floor apartment location was not disclosed until couple days before arrival. No elevator, broken washer dryer, poor response from owner. If an apartment setting is not critical for you, go with a moderate hotel that this one.

Very comfortable, clean and perfect location. We booked two apartments for a work trip and it was a perfect deal given the prices of hotels in Iceland. Highly recommended.
The blinds can be improved especially during the white nights.

Was a little difficult to find the microwave, which was in the cabinet above the refrigerator. Comfortable beds, clean property.

We had an issue with the bathroom door knob/Lock falling out on the last day they offered to come fix it, but we said, don’t worry about it since we were checking out the next day.

Was a great location, close to main shopping street and walkable to most things.
Pictures on website make it look much bigger than it is. On the day we left because we had an evening flight and we had to hang out in town and at the airport instead of in a common area at a hotel. Water from shower comes out onto the bath floor easily.

Spaces depicted are accurate representation. Facilities and amenities as described. Very clean. Well lit. Easy and convenient check in process. No disturbances, surprisingly acoustically silent space.
Early check out time, however that is understandable due to thoroughness of cleaning staff.

Great location; close to restaurants, grocery stores, transportation. Lovely apartment, clean. The self check in went smoothly - instructions clearly given, as well as additional helpful information.
We have no significant complaints at all! Could have used a few more kitchen utensils - but we managed fine.

We stayed at ground floor apartment with view on garbage bins and dirty public terrace. Poor cooking equipment.

Location was excellent. Everything was in close walking distance. The number 11 bus stop was at the end of road and we used this as the pick up for all our tours and the airport pick up. It was ideal. The apartment was well set up, everything you could need. Great shower, comfortable beds and good heating system (adjustable radiators in each room so you can higher lower as required)Reminder to any Irish/English to bring your plug adapters. We forgot ours. Eventually, we did find one in a tourist shop near the cathedral but wasted a bit of time looking.

Spacious, warm apartment with all the necessary equipment. Wi-fi works very well. Very good communication with the owners, clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A plus is the luggage room. Close to supermarkets and souvenir shops. Sufficient consumables in the bathroom. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. I warmly recommend this apartment for a city break!
