Good location. Just a short walk to the Minster and other sites in York. Our room was nice and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great cooked to order breakfast

Close to the train station and the river with a lovely 10 minute walk along the river to the City centre.
Breakfasts were lovely with a good selection.
Room cleaned and bins emptied daily.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again.

Location great, parking available and staff friendly and welcoming.
Carpeted area could do with a deep clean. Parking charges should be shown on the first few lines when booking, not be a surprise later.

Location
The bathrooms are awful. Showers are tiny. Even for a small person. The water pressure awful. Really poor bathroom all together
