The room was very spacious and clean with very thoughtful amenities. Milk in the fridge with a large bottle of cold water. Great selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. Ned’s were comfy and the bathroom was roomy and clean. Great shower. There is no reception but we received instructions about how to enter the property promptly before we arrived and had no problems getting in. There is no elevator so be aware if you have heavy luggage.
Nothing. All was great.

Modern, quiet, bright and pleasant in perfect location. Large tub, tea selection and easy check in.
All great. Courtyard entrance isn't impressive like other hotels but was still an excellent experience.

Easy check in with information given. Pleasant room, comfortably furnished.
There was no alternative to a duvet that was too hot, so had to remove the duvet from the cover to use as a sheet. Poor quality or possibly stale tea bags. Plumbing also a bit faulty: it was not possible to regulate the temperature of the water which we assumed was done by the middle chrome button.
