Susan our hostess was absolutely charming and so helpful it was very relaxing place to stay on the Edge of Town away from the busy holiday season tourism and we would highly recommend it and would certainly go back again

The location was perfect and Susan a wonderful and welcoming host. Only a short walk from the centre of Broadway yet the property is in the countryside where the only noise you hear are birds and the occasional toot toot from the local steam railway! The accommodation went above and beyond my expectations with good quality fixtures and fittings, super comfy beds, a fabulous power shower and huge patio doors making the most of the views. I loved the elevated patio area providing beautiful views of the countryside including the Broadway Tower in the distance. All in all a fabulous stay.

Sue was a very welcoming host and introduced us to all the animals on the farm. The property was spacious but also cosy for four adults, with very handy boot/coat room that we used a lot. A nice ten minute walk into Broadway if the weather is nice.
