very nice place with superb view. I like the warm pool which is good for swimming even in cold weather.

not really didn’t like. just a suggestion to fix some of the tiles in the main pool.

The view from the resort was nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The facilities look dated and could need a renovation. The pool area was nice but had only 2 lounge chairs. There was one umbrella which was broken. We stayed in the Cuenca room. The ad said the room had a terrace but it was only a corridor. The room had no view and was dark. The fotos look different from the actual experience. There are basically no activities, except to play billiards. We asked to go to the lake and take a boat but we got a lukewarm response so we gave up. Staff were burning leaves which created a lot of smoke. The food was all Filipino and mostly served lukewarm. Quality was not great. On one day they had run out of tea for breakfast even though there were only 10 guests.

Room right beside the reception in the entrance area is a no-go. Very loud and unable to rest. Especially when the staff listens to Adele the whole time, singing loudly along, it was awful. The Resort is pretty nice at first glance, but it's worn out, the room didn't look nice, the bathroom wasn't very good either. The pool was ok

- not crowded - staffs are friendly

- kids are not free of charge (below 3) - small since there are no other facilities rather than the pool - food is not that good and quite expensive. - rooms are old. - service water seems not mineral since it is not bottled

The food tastes good and the servings are more than enough for the two of us. The staff are very accommodating. Our waiter Jong, arranged a nice place for us to have our breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Waze instructed us to exit via Tanauan but it's much faster if we took Lipa exit. There's some road construction along Tambo kaya medyo tumagal ang biyahe.

hope they fix the walking trail. they’re strict with the towels. check out was delayed bc they did not find one towel immediately 😂

the property offers a relaxing feel away from the city. the staff were extremely nice and friendly especially the uniformed staff: they were great to deal with. beds were comfortable and inviting.

the main facilities like rooms and deck are clean, however areas like stair were overlooked. food was good, however there are missing items from Menu. the QR code on menu wasn’t working properly so we had to see the physical menu. seats in the dining area were overlooked, had stains and ants crawling on them. they can probably offer better glass as those that were used were pretty old.

breath taking view of taal volcano. same same with tagaytay but somehow different because you are viewing it on the other side

electrical plug of the heater is overloading, creating a burnt like smell while showering which is a bit dangerous since the heater itself doesnt have a circuit breaker. no admin duty at night.

It was close to nature, jacuzzi was nice. bed and cabinets were clean.

many areas of the room were not clean. Tables in our room were dusty. Table in the balcony was filled with dead jnsects being feasted upon by ants. Straw provided with our shake had spider webs :( Handle of sliding door was so dusty also.

the landmark was design beautifully

there is a lot of mosquitoes and we couldn’t eat outside due to all the mosquitoes. the food situation was really hard to understand and they ran out almost everything so we had such a limited of choices. and the staff needs to smile more and look like they enjoy their jobs and us as a guest. one night at our dinner, there is a crowd of staff dancing and making videos while we’re try to eat and waiting on help.
