I personally loved the gardens and all the vegetation in the courtyard. The murals were another personal favourite. Everything was lush, clean and tidy, artistically influenced with murals, the pool was great, the loungers were very comfortable and made of wood not plastic, the room was well appointed and very fresh and clean. The bed and linens were comfortable also. Views from our suite, on the second floor, overlooked the beautiful gardens. The recycling systems were spot on and greatly appreciated. The staff are very friendly, speak good English, offering good advice about places to go, activities, pricing and restaurant referrals . We are planning to return

Accueil et personnel au top. Avec indication des points d’interêt, resto, laverie et autres sur carte.

La moustiquaire est arrachée sur la cabane, pas de moustiquaires au dessus des lits. Propreté du sol. N’avons pas reçu la suite réservée mais une cabane, très chouette dans l’idée mais avec les nombreuses fêtes et discothèques… impossible de dormir

Emplacement satisfaisant mais rien de "superbe"

Les avis ne sont pas fidèles à la qualité de l'établissement. C'est un hôtel agréable mais loin d'être superbe. Modérez vos commentaires pour ne pas induire en erreur les autres.

Me gusto mucho su ubicación pues pude recorrer el pueblo sin problema el hotel me gusto por acogedor y tranquilo Lindo con muchas plantas estuve muy a gusto

The property is conveniently located about one block from the lagoon and about two blocks from the town’s central plaza. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. If you arrive on the ADO bus, take a taxi to get to the hotel. You can walk, but it’s hot and far. The staff is very accommodating and arranged for my departure taxi to Chetumal to pick me up at 7 in the morning. They also gave me a map of the town.

The only thing the hotel lacks is a view of the lagoon. But you can walk to a nearby restaurant that has one in minutes.

Very ample 2 bedroom apartment, with good air conditioner.

Before checkin it rained and they left some windows open, so some pillows were wet. But was solved quickly.

staff really nice, excellent location and loved the pool. we had a suite which is an excellent spacious choice for a family The garden is very tranquil and well kept, it is a little oasis of calm near the centre of the town. Communcation between Oasis and myself was excellent right from the start.

What about putting a communal washing line up in a discrete sunny spot.?
