The location was excellent
The lifts were not working and we had to take the stairs

Very clean and comfortable
It was not made clear that parking was paid for in multi story car park a walk away. Also I think £24 per person for breakfast was a bit steep!!

Good location. Staff polite and helpful
It was not a 4-star hotel. Poor facilities. Broken hair dryer, no conditioner in shower. Insufficient loo roll, no yoghurt at breakfast, broken lifts, additional charge for use of the pool, poor TV picture quality, uncomfortable pillows. Ridiculously loud noise coming from the bar when checked in. Heard in room on the 6th floor.
I’m actually not a moaner, but felt disappointed with the whole experience
