The decor and the spacious room
We ordered room service and it wasn’t great the pizza was burnt and we had an old menu in the room and none of the stuff we wanted was available

Great location for BlackWeir or the Castle if there for gig/concert at those venues.
Friendly and helpful staff.
BBQ on the terrace outback was awesome.
Reasonable price for Cardiff, but still spenny.

The bar and lounge area is lovely and welcoming. Breakfasts has a variety to choose from. Location is walk away from city centre and also next to theatre and not far from the castle
The parking which has nothing to do with hotel but is recommended and opposite hotel (NCP) smells of urine especially lifts and pricey even though you get the discount as hotel resident. The pool is not so warm an no sauna just steam. Dinner was pricey for what it’s worth.
