Great location, city view, clean room. Unbelievable room price for city centre.
I wasn’t happy with the breakfast situation. I paid an outrageous £16.95 for a cooked breakfast to find there was no fried eggs, no mushrooms, no fried bread, no black pudding etc just very basic sausage, bacon, runny scrambled egg (which did not taste good and I could not eat) and beans plus continental options. I felt thoroughly ripped off and would quite like a refund. If I had known how basic it would be for that price I would’ve gone elsewhere.

Location and beds.
no where near like it was as a Mecure previously. Had to pay extra for everything. Pool and sauna were included previous, now a charge. Also slippers! Pool was cold and the pool area cold. Jacuzzi hot and Sauna hot. Would not pay decent money for this in future. Would go elsewhere. Booked for the facilities which cost a lot extra. Rooms dated and need upgrade.
