The Lodge On Loch Lomond Hotel

Good parking facilities, room was excellent with a fantastic view. The meals were very nice with quick service by the staff.

Need better clarity on the room location when not stopping in the main block of apartments. Had to carry our suitcases all the way up to the 2nd floor due to being told we were unable to use the lift because of a function.

The location of this lodge is absolutely perfect. It is right on the lake and the views are stunning. The beds are reasonably comfortable and rooms have sufficient storage space.

The property itself is very tired, even though some of the room seem to have recent renovations. The interior is very simplistic and common areas are not welcoming. The restaurant on a property is hands down the worst food we had on this trip. Whoever is in charge of the kitchen there should consider a different career. We had a dinner there upon arrival and out of four main courses three were non-edible and one was a borderline mediocre. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant cannot be less interested in providing any service. The ground floor of the hotel that contains the lobby and the restaurants has a funky smell that is a mixture of a mold and their unappetizing cooking.

Great location

The rooms were good sized for what we came to expect in Europe and they were clean. And I will say that the restaurant staff was not very helpful not very accommodating and the food was so so and very much overpriced for what it was.

I didn't like that everything seemed like it closed pretty early. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a joke. Just wasn't very well done.
