Location was perfect for easy access to all attractions and to the bus stop. Good views of the river.
A lot of construction around but will be great once completed. Would have liked the parking to be free.

Can’t get closer to the Hydro. Great river view. Good bed and shower is fine. Good to see a seat/shelf in the shower.
Please put two packets of biscuits out!
Really hate glass bathroom doors and this one has glass walls that are reflected in the full length mirror.

Cleanliness
Broken Sofa cum bed meant for sleeping 2 persons. The hotel failed to repair the bed. To my surprise, the hotel was unable to provide even a mattress or blanket which could be used to let our kids sleep on floor (staff told us that they didn’t have spare mattress or blankets)
