Room was clean and comfortable
Staff were very pleasant
I was disappointed to come for breakfast and the fresh fruit consisted of melon slices with skin still on, I had hoped for a fresh fruit selection to go along with yoghurt and granola seeds etc. There was a bowl of compote but again not fresh fruits. I do agree the breakfast menu was extensive but not what I was looking for.

Overall the room was comfortable
To be honest breakfast was disappointing
Severe lack of choice from the buffet
The cooked breakfast was okay but had to wait far too long for it and on the first morning got the order wrong
Regarding room issues with air conditioning and water started dripping from around 3am in the morning. I had to put a mug under the leak to catch the water.it kept us awake
We were moved and when my wife used the hairdryer it exploded in her hand

Great location for the venue I was attending in the Saturday .
Spacious rooms .
Fantastic shower pressure
Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly.
Ambient lighting made room quite dark
No fridge in room.
Breakfast was served promptly.food was hot.Adequate portions.
Vegetarian breakfast Did not like the very large mushroom and tomato .They made the dish quite soggy. Sliced mushrooms and roasted tomatoes would be nicer addition .

"The hotel is dark and moody but still has a softness.
Staff were lovely, especially at reception.
Loved our stay.
Also, could have done with a good light at a mirror to.put my make up on."
