The staff were lovely, especially Sasha on Reception who was friendly and helpful.
Location is excellent. Very close to train and bus stations.
The hotel is very tired looking. However we were given a luxury suite which was very spacious and clean but room needing a refurb. Plenty hot water and towels in bathroom but shower over the bath. We’re in our late 70’s and found the high bath difficult to get in and out.

I booked a accessible room and was upgraded in order to meet this requirement. It was a nice big room with space to gry around and had a wonderful wet room.
The accessible entrance had to be opened by a member of staff. They were really kind about it. However, I didn't like having to wait for them to be available to get in and out.
