Hotel Delizia

The absolute best staff I've ever encourted! Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful! The rooms are nice, clean and sized appropriately for a small hotel in the middle of the city. AC also works flawlessly, which was extra important during the super hot days. Location is great, short (around 3 minute) walk to the nearest metro station and around a minute to a bus and S train stop. Big Carefour nearby with multiple little cafes all around! And, once again, great staff that deserves all the compliments! They trurly made my stay even more unforgettable! Great value to price, will definitely stay again if I'm back in Milan!

The WiFi was a little bit wonky at times, losing connection especiaally during the evening. Also, more personal preference, I wish the hotel had thicker comforters/duvet covers.

Location is a plus, close to underground stations. Room itself is decent ( for what is worth in Milan and budget wise ) Bathroom toiletries are surprisingly good for hotel standards

I think the mattress needs an improvement Not good for long stays. The room is crowded and as the furniture is dark brown it gives a sense of heaviness and no comfort, which is a shame. The fact we have the room on the ground floor , you can hear everything as you also have reception and breakfast area 2 meters away. Overall overpriced for what it offers

Conveniently located friendly staff
