Gorgeous complex to stay, really clean, gorgeous pools, if you have small kids I would 100% recommend fantastic for little ones, the food was also really good
Hotel right next to a beautiful cove
The rooms are quite small and basic a bit tired looking could do with some upgrades

Good breakfast with different varieties every day. Free parking available both in the hotel’s lot and on the street. The pools and activites are very good for for kids and adults.
Beach or pool towels were not in the room. You can get them from reception, but you must leave a $10 deposit, and towel changes cost 3€ except on Wednesdays when the change is free. Lost Wifi in the last 2 days. No elevators if you live in the 2nd og 3rd floors. 2 single beds not one double.

Location for us was too far out of Cala D’or - food was r too bad - too many Germans who hogged all the sun beds and umbrellas- staff were excellent
Not enough umbrellas and the sun beds were uncomfortable- hotel looks very tired - cracked glass in reception area - entertainment was awful
