Coffee machine at breakfast was a little slow and poor Sunbeds need a clean looking a little tired by the pool area One grumpy staff member on reception and in the evening at the bar felt we were putting him out asking for a coffee at 10.45 when the bar closes at 11 and he had cleaned the coffee machine!

Excellent location, walking distance to 3 Cala's and all the shops and restaurants around Cala d'or. It was so lovely being so close to the Cala's, it only took 5-17 minutes to visit them. There was an abundance of food options to eat lunch and dinner and so many shops for all your beach supplies that were decently priced. The hotel was excellent, all the hotel staff were so friendly especially Cecelia, who gave us many recommendations on what to do around the island. She was so helpful, friendly and always greeted us with a smile, no matter what time of the day! Breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was so much variety for food options and many healthy options too which you don't typically see. LOVED staying here and would highly recommend!
