Everyone was truly nice and wanted us to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend, rooms are spacious and the location is amazing!

Beautiful natural place. Superb natural sea pool. Staff was great, everywhere! Rooms were pleasant and clean. Beautiful balcony view. Food was best could be on the budget price. We loved the place even if there were some things we disliked. Children were very happy!

Drinking water bottles were not included in "all inclusive". Neither were the sea sun loungers, only at the pool. One room key only. Could not leave phones charging as all outlets were cut power on exiting room. Bathroom is a bit dated, but got used to it in about 2 days. However could not get over non functional bathroom floor drainage where water runs away from drain. Auxiliary shower was shut off because of that.

We had only one reason to booked this hotel the location and the price.We spent there only one night for 35 eur.It was a very low price. The location is amazing,better than looks like on pictures.The hotel itself🙂...has seen better days I think.It must have been an amazing hotel in the 90's. But nowedays...it is a waste. The receptionist was more than helpful.She was very nice. For one night it was ok.

The food (breakfast was eatable the dinner not) Coffee(the place need a new coffee maker from the 21.century) We got a new experience in the night bar...the draught wine😁,i have never seen this kind of wine before.But true it was cheap

The room was clean and comfortable. It was fairly quiet and we slept well. The staff was friendly.

The hotel knows that there is no phone or Internet signal in the rooms and this is a big issue. The infrastructure is old and would be benefited from a renovation. The location is not too far from the nearest village but the road themself it's the typical cretan one, making it a bit difficult to reach especially at night. The breakfast options were not very creative nor represented the local cuisine. I wish there were more plant-based options too. Same for the lunch/dinner.

we were told that we can have access to the property facilities all day, but we were charged 10euro to use the sun beds. the sun beds and the water area was moldy and disgusting. no one seemed to clean those ever. bed was comfortable but the bathroom was old and didn’t seem clean.

You have the opportunity to have access to an amazing hotel for a cheap price. The location cannot be better, the creek is simply amazing. The pool with the bar is very nice with incredible views. The room is big and nice, and the bed very comfortable. The buffet is surprisingly good. There's lot of cool activities. It looks like a 5 star resort that downgraded to 4 star. It makes it very good for the price.

The bathroom is bad, it seems it hasn't been reformed since the 80s. The staff is very nice and helpful but there's very few of them. Don't expect a Cretan/Greek experience but more of a resort one.

The beautiful view, swimming between rocks,three swimming pools, food was really good and very friendly atmosphere

Some things aren't well maintained like some parasols are broken, some leaks from the rain on the wall , bathroom smell in our room,the bathroom was very old with cracks on the wall

Place has a really good potential, the area is really beautiful. Rocky cliffs with nice walks and lookout and incredible underwater scenary with clear water and great visibility..

I was travelling and working remotely for a couple of hours a day. For work this place is simply a no go. No wifi in the rooms. Internet speed was not good and frequently disconnecting, even when being closed to router in the lobby, near the reception and the area is noisy. There is no 4G in the area either. Food quality could also get improved and the rooms get modernised.

Even though we had a 1-night stay at the end of October, we did enjoy most of the facilities of the resort. The lady at the check-in was very polite and we got a room that was very clean with wonderful views. The food was mostly greek kitchen, it was great. Friendly staff and well-maintained buildings.

We had a great time!!! Breathtaking landscape, seems to be a natural park with a rich sea life in the private cove where we had scuba diving experience and the first PADI certificate, such an organised center!!! Hotel staff was very friendly and well organized ready to satisfy all our requests!! Room was comfortable with high standards cleaning service! We enjoyed greek cuisine and delicious coccktails!! Unforgettable animation nights with music, greek dances, contests ecc. We also tried massage in the SPA center and a yoga session but unfortunatelly our stay was short. Next summer we'll explore better this small paradise :)

There's no wifi in the room which was a problem since internet connection is weak at the location.

Actually I don't understand rating of this hotel in internet. We had nice and relaxing stay here and taking into account hotel's price level I will say that all was perfect. The hotel is located in beautiful place and has large area with several swimming pools. The room was super quite, this was important for us, also we liked romantic design of bed zone. Food was various and tasty, staff was freindly and caring.

Weak internet signal in the room, but this was not a problem. Charge for sunbeds on the shore is a small minus, but we understand the reason (their quantity is limited).

The view is great. Wild beauty and picturesque beaches to visit within a 30' drive, near Plakias to get a drink or eat. Reception staff tried its best, approved late check out (13:00 instead of 11:00) and send the cleaning staff once again to our room. Polite and hardworking. Breakfast variety was satisfying.

Paid nearly 100euros for one night. Room seemed untidy, like no proper mopping or vacuuming had been done. Marks from dirty hands on the bathroom wall. Spider webs on one corner and dirt ( hair, etc ) around the edges of the bed, the window screens torn and window blinds broken. Everything seemed in disarray. Didn't want to get occupied with all that but couldn't feel comfortable enough to ignore it. Pools didnt seem clean as well. .Two shower towels with blue-black stains. Nothing smelled fresh. No bathroom amenities (apart from an one for all shampoo shower gel soap on a wall dispenser). Especially during Covid era, being clean and looking clean should be top priority. Gym: six piece of equipment rusty and malfunctioning, no A/C , outside od the hotel. Borderline risky to use. Hotel walls cracked from humidity and restaurant windows blurry Outside the room the AC pipes were leaking directly to our doorstep making so we had to get in with wet shoes and taking dirt inside (no doormat). Overall, seemed like the hotel is neglected. You can see the lack of attention in everything; gardens , poolbeds, poolwalls, poolshowers, room walls, lamps, rooms sofas. We felt like it was the ghost of a previous glory. I am sorry to say but i would neither recommend nor visit this property again. Great potential very poor management.

We arrived at 17:00 and even that our room wasn’t even ready yet, they didn’t even offer us a glass of water. After we finally checked in we noticed that our sheets were dirty. We told them repeatedly and they finally changed them 3 days after!!!!! Staff is insufficient the least and not helpful at all. The hotel needs renovation YESTERDAY. Pool was extremely dirty. Green mold was attached on the inside wall of the pool. As far as the food is concerned, the selection is poor and the quality is even poorer. Flies were everywhere in the dining haul area and no food protectors were in place. Cutlery and glasses were dirty. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

The photo of room booked was nothing like the room we got. Very dated decor. Check in was rushed and not all information given such as if you want your room cleaned, fresh towels and sheets, you have to prebook, contrary to booking.com description. No wifi in room. No air con in dining room. Shower next to the toilet and not enclosed.

AC did not work properly. Personnel told us not to set it to 18, but to 20, so it would not work too hard. The room was 30 degrees! After the technician filled more gas, it was better. We had all-inclusive, hotel should have a menu showing what we could order at the bar, as all the stuff in front was extra. In the room there was a shower in the tub, but the hose was not long enough to hang it on the hhok on the wall. We were asked not to use the shower cabinet, as it would go directly on the floor, and they were "renovating"?!? Bad WiFi, and lousy mobile reception.
