Breakfast was fresh and varied with very good porridge
Our room was lower ground floor and the plumbing from other rooms above was a little noisy

Nice location out of town - beautiful gardens, well tended. Hotel a little tired but very comfortable.
Wifi in my room (15) a bit slow to engage. Bathroom tiny.

Old school British charm and very good restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast.
