Attractive, retro decor. I liked it

I couldn’t make the air conditioning work. In the middle of the night I didn’t want to call for help. I really don’t like those duvet that hotels love to put on the bed, even in a heatwave! Too hot.

Excellent location, very short walk from the station. Very friendly, helpful staff. Old world charm, with a comfortable lobby and sitting room. I loved the mint and lemon flavored water that was always available in the lobby.

Nothing. It was very pleasant.

Lovely atmosphere

Parking - but parking garage was fairly close. Room can get hot but slept with windows open.

The room was very clean. Also for three adults very spacious. There was nice water bottle filler in the lobby. The location of the hotel was very good. All the facilities and public transport are in the neighbourhood with the room not being noisy.

1. The breakfast was very bad, not many options and if your arrived a bit later, most of the limited food was already gone and not even refilled (although regardless of when you join breakfast, we all pay the breakfast fee). As a tip: There are many nice breakfast facilities in the neighbourhood so I would strongly recommend using those instead. 2. When the time to breakfast almost ended - note not even ended yet - , we almost literally got kicked out, that they turned off the lights and could not even finish drinking our beverages. 3. The room is very very hot! Although it 'contains' an AC, the temperature of the AC does not go below 25 degrees. 4. The water pressure of the bath shower head was very low. Especially when increasing the heat of the water, the pressure got even lower. 5. We had a room on the fourth floor, were there was no elevator. We needed to carry our luggage ourself to the fourth flour - so far for service in a 4-star hotel. 6. The parking they offer is not free. The parking is on level -2, the elevator was not working so make sure you load off your luggage prior to entering the garage.
