Aryaduta Menteng

Its a great location when traveling via Gambir train station. Nice view on the tugu tani park. Rooms are spacious and value for money.

Consider upgrading windows against the noice. Also, AC central lacked power.

Well maintained hotel . Nice spacious room. Very friendly and courteous staff

The hotel is large and conveniently located. We were also allowed to check in a little earlier, which we appreciated. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food.

Unfortunately, our room was very cold when we arrived, and later in the evening, when I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water. A technician came to check it, but was unable to fix the problem. The most frustrating part was how long it took to arrange a simple solution. We did not want to move to another room, unpack and pack everything again — we just wanted to use the shower in another available room. I had to spend almost an hour discussing this with reception before they finally allowed us to do so. In the end, we were able to shower in another room, but such a simple issue should not have taken so much time and effort to resolve.
