Constance Lemuria

best food we have ever had in a resort. Staff is very professional and friendly. Everything was perfect!!! The beaches are perfect, it cannot get better!

Constance Lemuria is a truly fabulous hotel. The property boasts a gorgeous beach right on the grounds, excellent, comfortable rooms, and incredible dining options. The food throughout our stay was amazing—we especially loved dining at The Nest and DIVA. The service here is top-notch. Every staff member was super helpful and kind from start to finish. A huge highlight is their departure lounge setup: after you check out, you get access to a dedicated lounge complete with shower facilities, as well as coffee and tea stations. It made getting ready for our flight effortless and stress-free.

The only downside is that you have to use the hotel's app to book dinner reservations and resort activities. Everything fills up extremely fast, so make sure to download the app and reserve your spots well before you arrive! We started our Seychelles trip on Mahé at their sister property, Constance Ephelia, but in hindsight, we really wished we had spent less time there and more time here. Both Praslin island and Constance Lemuria itself are simply on another level!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Abbiamo scelto questo resort per il nostro viaggio di nozze, ed è stato fantastico! Il resort è stupendo, lo staff accogliente e sempre disponibile, la spiaggia privata favolosa. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene in tutti i ristoranti, in particolare a The Nest. Molto bella la passeggiata dal resort alle altre spiagge dell’isola (Cala Lazio). Speriamo di tornarci presto!!

Siamo stati ad Agosto, e siamo stati un po sfortunati con il meteo! Valutate il periodo giusto per godervi a pieno la vacanza!

Pool was great, but that‘s it

The worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. It is totally overpriced for what you get and you really feel that you are just a number there and not treated what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. It should not be rated as a 5 star hotel at all. The communication, efficiency and the processes are pretty outdated. When we arrived they mentioned that all the a la carte restaurants were fully booked the next 3 nights and the only option was the buffet. They proposed us a late check out possibility since our flight was at 22:00 and the day before they just mentioned it is not possible. There were alot of ants in our room, especially in the bathroom on the lavoratory. The food at the buffet for dinner and breakfast is not 5 star, max 4 or even 3. Quality is low, we had always ramaining eggshells in the omelette and also fried eggs. As soon as you leave your table to get some other food the birds fly there and jump on your food. So the remaining days we had to order food at the bar or room service. Quality also very low, all fried stuff and nothing fresh. The air traggic of the Praslin Airport is really annyoning. They fly directly over the resort for arrival. We had a couple request, such as reservations for a la carte restaurants, late check out, etc., nothing was fullfilled. And for a 5 star we expect that the staff tries everything to fullfill the guest expectations. But to be honest they didn‘t seem to care. It seems that they don‘t have to stand for that.
