We just stayed in a hotel for a few hours and it was an excellent experience. Very clean and walking distance from the airport. The staff is really good.

This was the perfect location for us to stay the nights before and after travelling by plane. The airport is a 20-min walk and the hotel also provides an airport shuttle. It's a 30-min walk to the train station.
Our room had a jacuzzi bath which was lovely! The bed was comfortable enough and there was a mini bar in the room.
The breakfast wasn't very good unfortunately.
The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Close to airport located and next to line 1 Bus station (that goes both to airport and city center).

Really noise as it's close to the airport
Breakfast is limited to fix number of persons and no vegetables or warm meals. More than this, if you go for it after 9am you'll only find croissant and juice. Even on your request to refill trays you may receive an answer like: "the quests that came before you ate your portion too". Not a 4* services!!! (26 Feb 2023)

The noise from the airport which is understandable for the location, and the distance from the city centre, with not much around the place bar roads

Coffee mashine and hot water wasn't working. Breakfast was quite empty..

- good restaurants in the neighborhood, you can get a discount from a reception desk to one of them
- silence, without hearing the airplanes

The location is close to the airport and easy to access via the 1C line from the city
The shuttle is available from very early hours
The hotel turned off the whole air conditioner system, for the whole hotel.
On 7Oct2022 the temperature in Bergamo was above 25C. The hotel advertises as having an air conditioner.
We had to sleep with open windows, near the active airport.

The hotel was very close to the airport and easy to get to by foot or in the shuttle or taxi. The check in was very simple and smooth. Very hassle free after arriving from our flight

Bedsheets smelled like rotten eggs, generally not clean.
Flat for 4 people provided 1 Murphy Bed and 2 bunk beds so none of us was actually comfortable.

Good nice room, airport shuttle, but check the timetable online, it is not a full day service, especially on weekends
It is an airport hotel, however it has no early breakfast, have to go to ask for the breakfast basket (fette biscotate, coffee capsules, juice and jam)

Good location when you are arriving late (from airport). Very safe to walk (about 20 min.). Near the airport there is a huge shopping mall. Very clean, huge rooms with comfortable beds. Really loved this hotel, will be back.
Wifi was slowly working, thin walls (noise from inside). Breakfast could be more diverse, although it is fair for the price.
