From checking in to leaving, all members of staff were pleasant. Housekeeper was very good, room was cleaned every day and she was also looking after breakfast service, which was excellent, both the service and the food.

Bar closed too early for residents and locals at 8 oclock each night and the restaurant not open on either of the 2 nights I stayed
Lack of hospitality on the evenings I stayed

Great location in Ironbridge. Staff very friendly.
Rooms very basic and tbh bathroom was not clean. Just seems a mishmash of second hand furniture. The TV in the room did not work properly and no BBC Channels worked with very little other channels working due to poor signal.
There was no prior knowledge that the restaurant would be closed both Monday and Tuesday evening which was disappointing and we struggled to find anything to eat in Ironbridge.
