In a great location. Very comfortable and clean room and we had lunch in the restaurant when we arrived. Great countryside location near the Wrekin which we walked up. Vegetarian breakfast on the first morning was great. Staff were really helpful. Very quiet night's sleep, with no other houses/buildings around.
Breakfast on the second morning not so good. Instant coffee, not enough toast and only one vegetarian sausage this morning! The pub and restaurant were more modern looking then I expected which was a shame, but not unusual. Food in the restaurant wasn't fantastic, standard pub chain type food. Our room overlooked the carpark which was very noisy on Saturday afternoon, but no problem at night.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, lovely cooked breakfast and had a lovely meal in the restaurant the night before. The room was perfect. Plenty of parking.

The cooked breakfast was excellent. Hot, freshly cooked and delicious!
Although the bed looked comfy, I found it too soft and I didn't sleep well. I personally find a slightly firmer mattress is better for my back.
