Old Orleton Inn - Telford

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with old world charm.

It was boutique.the facilities were amazing . The staff were very welcoming and friendly . The room was cosy and clean. Will be booking there again on our next visit

Very individual hotel in a good location. The age of the building gave it so much character and the room reflected that. The facilities were great and I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant.

I would’ve preferred breakfast in the dining room but it didn’t spoil my stay in the slightest.

Adequate.

Disappointing continental breakfast, a packet of crunchy nut cornflakes, muesli and nuts, apple and yoghurt, did not like croissant in a bag, so unappealing. V chaotic check in, no clear signage, other customer complaining they had been boxed in the car park, never asked if we'd like to eat there.....close to leaving then and there, hired a fan for night but had to hunt around in the morning to return it and get back deposit. Signage poor, guest experience poor, not even a considered in my view. ,
