Size of room and location
Room 4 toilet was difficult to flush and shower mixer was very very stiff and hard to use

Stunning water views in the heart of Akaroa. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Boardgames, DVDs and outside activities for the kids.

The location was exactly as promised - right on the water. We enjoyed beautiful views the second we walked into the living area/kitchen. Comfortable beds and so peaceful of an evening. The property is located right in the middle of delightful Akaroa - easy walk to general store, amazing boulangerie, the superb Ma Maison restaurant as well as the Madeira for gastropub dining. A more energetic option is the hike to the purple peak saddle overlooking the harbour (all accessible from the property - head straight up rue Balguerie). Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for what is provided. You can even enjoy a game of outdoor chess. Highly, highly recommend.
