The property is a mile & half from town. There is a lovely footpath that you can take along the canal. You do have to be in walking shape!
Multiple steps to rooms.

Fantastic host, wonderful walk into the city along the toe path. Lots of useful information given to us, especially where dog friendly pubs & restaurants were concerned. Large, well furnished room with four poster bed, top quality bedding including a feather & down duvet. Breakfast is also served in a very interesting way. A most unique experience you won’t find anywhere else in Bath.
Nothing really not to like. We stayed in room two at the very top, it is up two flights of quite steep stairs so if mobility is an issue request the downstairs room. Bathroom is not en suite but is only next door and private, robes also provided so wasn’t really an issue for us.
