Have stayed here before, and it is in a great location for our needs.
Lovely spacious rooms and comfortable bed.
Very good breakfast.
Will be back again...
Previous guest's towel left on back of bathroom door. Reported to reception, most apologetic and drinks given "on the house".

Great location a short walk from city centre. Friendly staff
Room was tired, lots of chips/marks on wallpaper. Cushions on sofa dirty, bed too soft. Terrible breakfast, everything over-cooked. No fridge in room, neither sofa nor bed facing TV
