The hosts were so kind and accommodating. They gave great recommendations and helped us get oriented to the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. Even though the house is on a busy street, we couldn’t hear any of the street noise inside the room. There wasn’t a dedicated parking lot, but the hosts showed us places where we could park, and we had no problem finding a place.
No complaints! We’ll definitely stay here again!

The helpful host greeting us and letting us book in early-so very flexible
Its position despite a steep hill walk into Bath is good
Lovely and clean
The beds were very small singles

The room was perfect for my purposes and just as I envisaged. A very comfortable, large bed, spotlessly clean everywhere, kettle and unlimited tea, and a large bathroom with shower. There were very clear und useful instructions on how to save energy, etc. As I like doing some exercise, the walk into town and back, which is very picturesque, was no problem (ca. 20–30 minutes each way, depending on the route), but there are regular busses, too.
The only minor issue was the noise from the road, but that generally stops around 9 pm. With the window closed, it was no problem anyway, and even closing the thick curtains with the window slightly open reduced the noise considerably. So there was no problem with traffic noise during the night.
